Checking in doclets for other users

Summary:

We have a use case where a client is wanting the ability to check-in a doclet if a user has it checked-out and forgot to check-in the doclet before they went OOO. I have not found a way to do this without losing the narrative that the original user was working on.

Has anyone found a way to do this?
