Ability to pause transfer order creation from Supply order

We are looking at ability to pause transfer order creation from Supply order

We are creating supply order manually with supply type as transfer.
Once supply order is created, we would like to perform few validations. Hence, we would like to know if there is any way to hold transfer order creation from supply order.
