Parallel approval for lease accounting

Summary:

Parallel approval for lease accounting not working as expected.

Requirement:

Supervisory Hierarchy and Approval Group.

Once the Manager of the lease creator approves it should not go through approval group approvals. If manager did not approve it should get escalated to approval group and one of them from approval group(Parallel) should be able to approve. I tried to add ignore participant but unable to achieve and lease is going through every approver defined.

I tried with serial approval as well but still it is going through each approver.
