Is it possible to configuring User Access to Specific Legal Entities in a Shared Ledger

edited Nov 14, 2024 6:35AM in General Ledger & Intercompany 1 comment

Summary:

We currently have a single ledger and single BU containing 6 Legal Entities (LE), but we need to restrict access to certain entities based on user roles. Specifically:

  • User 1 should have access to view and work on the General Ledger (GL) for 5 LEs, without visibility of the 1 LEs, including within standard reports.
  • User 2 should be limited to view and work on the GL for only one LE, without visibility of the other 5 LEs, including within standard reports.

In this case, how can we set up data access to ensure that User 2 does not see across LEs and all standard reports?

Howdy, Stranger!
