Schedule ESS to Close Work Orders which are completed 15 days before SYSDATE

We need a schedule (with ESS Job which Closes the Work Orders) to close Work Orders that were completed 15 days before System Date.

Please let us know if anyone have implemented this or have any pointer.

While reviewing the ESS Job definition, we can find there is an Incremental logic in the ESS.

But unable to understand which is the Parameter mentioned here by Date Argument number as 19

Also the below queries

1. There are parameters for this job, why the parameter prompt is empty at job definition

2. What is Date Increment procedure (wie_wo_mass_close_ess_pub.increment_ess_date_params).
