supplier changes report


Hi,

I am trying to build a report in OTBI for supplier changes report, We are in need of getting the details of "Last amendment description" , For example , if there is any changes to supplier details, Where user might key in the details like why there is change in the particular details, these details might be available in fusion.

currently we are unable to locate these details, Could you please guide us where can we find these details in fusion application and also which table will holds this information to build otbi data model.
