SSN - Error when Converting Pending Worker
Summary:
Hi Community. I am experiencing an Error when trying to convert a Pending Worker. The error states that national identifier already exists and cannot be added to employee.
The team typically manually inputs the national ID on the pending worker prior to conversion. When trying to search for the SSN that supposedly exists, providing this error, no results return and cannot be observed in the UI (meaning there is only one job application and no person record returns when searching with the national ID in the UI in Core HR).
An analysis shows that employee has two offers, and two offer assignments on one requisition. This analysis plus the SSN not displaying in the UI leads me to believe this is a data base issue.
