How to modify the 'Action Required: XX Expenses Need your Attention Email' from Expense Digest

Summary:

We are looking at implementing the Expense Digest functionality to remind users that they need to create/complete their expense reports. We are trying to locate the template/report/ that defines how this email is configured. Namely, we need to update it so it uses our company logo, colors, etc.

Does anyone know which OTBI, if that is where it is located, report that is associated to this notification and if it can be updated?
