Why the UI is different between SIT and UAT environment?

Hi,

We're confused why the UI is different between SIT and UAT environment under Projects>Project Financial Management, their versions are all 24D, and the user role is 'Project Administrator', like these screenshots, is there any configuration/profile option to set?
