LATE DELIVERY DATE : 11/11/2024 18:00

BULKPLAN BUY : SUCCESS

DATE BULKPLAN SELL: 09/11/2024 15:00

ORDER RELEASE : ORPL1234

LATE PICKUP DATE : 11/11/2024 10:00

LATE DELIVERY DATE : 11/11/2024 18:00

BULK PLAN SELL : FAILED

why late pickup date and late delivery date affect the bulk plan sell?
