Enhanced workbench timing out in carrier profile

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with Enhanced workbench getting timed out when loading with below error..Saved query is created by use in Finder option.

Missing saved query name or saved condition. No conditions are maintained in the finder, but still it times out. Attached the workbench log.

Error: Fetch Request to url /logisticsRestApi/mgmt/finder/custom-actions/getFinderResult?finderSetGid=SERVPROV.TP_SP_DOCK_SHIPMENT_WB&savedQueryGid=SERVPROV.OFPM_SHIPMENTS_REQUIRED_APPOINTMENT timed out.
