FBDI Project Cost Upload - Expenditure date Issue

Load Interface file fails because of date format in the csv file (FBDI generated cdv overrides fbdi date format)

I tried using all kind of formats for the column Expenditure Item date, but getting the same error over and over:

Here are some formats I tried and none of them seem to work, when i generate csv the date in the csv is something like : 124543 and generates an error at the uload:
