RSSR feature unable to receive on behalf of other requesters

Summary:

We are testing the new feature of RSSR -My Receipts (NEW) in one of our lower test instance.

We already have RSSP and classic My Receipts in production


While testing My Receipts (NEW) we found out that there's no way to do receiving for some other requester.

Attached is the word document that shows how a person can receive for some other requester in "classic My Receipts " but is unable to see that feature in
