How we can create a customer creation form in CX Sales

We just have a requirement that we need to create a customer form which will be similar to google form through which we can create the customer form directly in the CX Sales. Let's say we provide a link of the form to the customer, the customer will enter the details in the form and click on submit and directly the details should be copied in the CX application accounts sections and account should get created.
