Life of an Asset getting defaulted from Asset category

Summary:


We are uploading the assets from the Legacy system and giving asset category and life of the asset while filling up the FBDI template.

After uploading the asset we noticed that the asset's life is being overridden by asset category value.

Is there a way to upload the life of the asset from the FBDI template as some assets for each category might have different lives due to various practical reasons
