Hello,

We have a requirement from the client that the employees should be able to view who are experts in a particular skill. For example, employee A wants to add Communication as a skill and is looking for endorsements. However, he wants to know if any of his peers are an expert in that particular skill. So he should be able to view all those employees who are experts in communication and send endorsement requests accordingly.
