How can we transfer half of the TB balance from one BSV to another BSV in the same ledger?

Business has a requirement to transfer half of A BSV trial balance every month-end to B BSV (both A and B belonging to same ledger). We were trying to do allocation rules however, configuring and maintaining all these allocation rules will be a big task as the valid code combinations will need to be updated every time manually. Is there any other way?
