Legal contract spain

edited Nov 18, 2024 12:50PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Hello,

In Spain, it is not always mandatory to sign a new employment contract with the employee when changing legal entity within the same holding or when a subrogation occurs due to winning a client, as long as the working hours, collective agreement, and job category remain the same. It is not necessary to sign a new contract.

How would you reflect this situation in Oracle HCM, knowing that the minimum contract start date must be the same as the employment relationship date? I am attaching an example that could occur.

Employee1

Start date

End date

Seniority day

Legal Entity 1

Howdy, Stranger!
