Superuser can view all other Buyer assigned POs in PO Dashboard

Summary:

We have a business requirement where a super user should be able to view all other Buyer assigned PO including Open, Closed and other statuses in Purchase Order Application dashboard.

Initially We have assigned the Procurement manager and Application Implementation consultant and related data access to the Super user. But still we cant view the PO list which are in other Buyers queue for action.

Kindly suggest me on how to view the dashboard details like that for a Superuser
