    We have a case wherein we need to get rates from external application by doing rate inquiry so for that we have configured External system, External rating Engine and all other configuration but we are unable to get rates from that so how can we configure that in OTM because in this we need some dyanmic creation of Data objects like Service provider and Rate offering and records
