How to change to email address in workflow email notification approval emails

Summary:

We have a requirement to change the "TO" email address when approving /rejecting workflow emails. We need to replace it with organization email address.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Our internal tech team will Create an AD/Exchange Contact record as an Middle e-mail address e.g.workflow-approval@ubs.com which will be default email address when click on approve/reject button .

They will reroute the email to e.g VIF.fa.incoming@workflow.mail.em1.cloud.oracle.com.

Please let me know if this can be achieved.
