VBS - Unable to Manage Extension Lifecycle for Prod environment

Summary:

Prior to VBS Gen2 and Patch 24D, we used basic authentication for Redwood extensions. We are now shifting over to OAuth so we can start using the new Manage Extension Lifecycle functionality. I was able to successfully set this up for all non-prod Visual Builder Studio environments; however, it is not accepting the credentials when I provide them for our Prod/ESGU environment. There are no errors after clicking the "Provide Credentials" button.. Once I click on "Provide Credentials" and "Authorize" the page refreshes and it continues to display the "Provide Credentials" button.

Is there some kind of restriction in place that prevents migrating from a Non-Prod VBS instance to Prod?
