Aggregation Not Working for All Members in ASO Cube

Summary:

I have an issue where some values are not aggregating up to a Consolidated parent. The Input and Internal Teaming values added up should equal the Consolidated total, but some Groups (GP_**** values) are not in our ASO cube. GP_122 and GP_149 are not totaling correctly. Active_Projects is a shared value and I looked at the underlying projects that are working and not working and they have the same dimension property setups. Any ideas as to why this might be? I can provide more info as needed about the dimensions.
