Seeking Feedback on Redwood Adoption for ESS/MSS Pages

Summary:

We are currently using HCM, Payroll, and Benefits. Soon, we plan to transition to Redwood for Timecard and Absence pages, specifically for Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) by Feb 2025. Our plan is to move administrative pages to Redwood around mid-to-late 2025.

I would appreciate your valuable thoughts and feedback on whether we are on the right track in adopting Redwood. Below are a few questions I’d like to ask the Redwood community:

  1. Are there any other pages we should consider transitioning to Redwood now, in addition to Timecard and Absence ESS/MSS pages?
  2. How have customers been feeling about Redwood?
