EPM Integration Agent Write back - Mandatory columns?

What are the mandatory columns a table needs to have during write back for EPM integration agent?

We are trying to writeback from EPM to MS SQL. We have set up the app for write back but as it is a control table to write back load status with timestamps, we do not have Account, Period, Entity, Scenario, Versions, Amount i.e. the mandatory dimensions from EPM side. Source is EPM and Target is data target the table column names as a CSV and thereby the app

1. The rule does not get run/recognized Via Agent and gets executed as normal data load rule.
