Unable to search SR in new Customer Portal

Summary:

We have experienced that in new Customer Portal, we are unable to search for Service requests(Where the user has not as Primary Contact), Eventhough we have used new SR numbers (ex:- 4 - 00…)
We have tried using filters and all, but still nothing changed.
