Copy multiple documents for different objects

Summary:

I have attached the agent configuration where we are configuring 2 things one is copying the document uploaded on the shipment to order release and second one is if the document is uploaded on the invoice and the document type is 'BOL_Bill of Lading' then the document will be copied.

Now the shipmen to order release is getting copied but for the invoice to bill it is not working.

And also, regarding copying the document type I am not able to figure out which agent event to use for copying the document type.
