Notification customization in Security Console

Hi Team,

Can anyone help if seeded notification of Security console like Password Reset, Password Expiry, etc, can these be customized to send to only one Account and not for all. Basically if password is expiring for One Account we want these notification to go to the email address updated in that account, it should not consider other accounts.
