Absence balance isn't transferred from one LE to another LE if GT record is loaded through HDL

Summary:

Absence accrual balance isn't transferred from one LE to another LE if Global transfer record is loaded through HDL. Is there any option or steps to make it automatically for HDL loads?

If we do Global Transfer manually then balance is transferred to new LE.
