Approval on Correct Termination

Hi Experts!

Can you please check the below condition and advise.

The requirement is AOR based on Correct Termination.

An AOR should be able to only Correct Termination (should Not be able to Terminate) for Employees under him.

Also, should be restricted for Past dated terminations.
