Redwood HelpDesk category alignment
Hello! The company I work for has 5 total business units active. I enabled the Redwood Helpdesk in our Dev3 and Test environments so our HR Shared Services team can do some testing and get a feel for the new UI before we move it to production. During this transition I moved our categories to be aligned with the Corporate BU, they were previously aligned with an old BU that is no longer active.
What I am finding is that folks in the other BUs can't see any of the Corp categories. What is also weird: We have an 'Other' category with a couple of Child categories. I must've missed that one when I was turning on Redwood, b/c those categories are still aligned with the Steel BU and are visible to everyone. But the rest of the ~100 categories are aligned with the Corp BU and are not visible to folks that aren't in the Corp BU.
