Transaction Console -> Error Description and Error Resolution (hrc_txn_error)

Summary:

I have a requirement to get the data related to the transaction console when the transaction fails I need to get the error description and error resolution as displayed on the screen, an HCM failed transaction associated with a missing supervisor I found the error in this table (fnd_console_issue ) with an error code and after searching I found the error code in this table (HRC_CONSOLE_FAULT_DETAILS_B) has 5 different errors description with the same error code I need the specific error which appears in transaction console window how to detect this and I searched in oracle customer cloud community and
