Multiple approval requests are triggered for a IC transaction having multiple receiver lines

When a batch is created with multiple receiver transaction lines (same receiver is used in all lines) multiple approval requests are triggered even though approver is same for all lines, one for each line. is there a way to aggregate this so that only one approval request is generated?.

The aggregate set up in configuration has been set to Task Aggregation=Once per task/Once per stage. But doesn’t seem to work.
