How to update the shipment charge on the shipment through FBDI after the shipment is created

Summary:

Currently, we are doing the shipment confirmation from the FBDI- Perform Shipping Transactions.

There are a few scenario's where the shipment charge is determined at later point of time. I know from the UI we can go and add the charges on the shipment.

How do we add the freight charge on the shipment after the shipment is created from the FBDI.
