project expenditure organization

When linking project costs from PO, AP, or OM, is it possible to fix the expenditure organization to the project organization without specifying it?

For example, if Organization A is set during project registration, then for the specified project in PO, AP, or OM, only Organization A can be set as the expenditure organization.
