Substitute Item during Sales Order Pick Release

Hello Experts

We have Item and Item B which is same form fit and function and that make this as substitute item in both directions.

Now there is a sales order for Item A for 100 qty.

but as on hand we have don't have full qty of Item A rather we have as 70 and Item B as 30.

when Pick release runs then system should pick Item A as 70 and Item B as 30.

Please suggest how we can achieve using substitute Item.
