Tax not calculated for foreign suppliers

Hi,

We have an issue when creating AP invoice with tax ( reverse charge ) for any foreign supplier , the tax not getting calculated , but it's working fine for local supplier , our legal entity country is Saudi Arabia, so any supplier has site address Saudi Arabia tax calculated fine, Please advise we need to calculate reverse charge tax for foreign suppliers.
