Zoom Integration with Google Calendar
Summary:
Hi,
We completed our Zoom integration in Oracle and our client uses Google as their official email and calendar.
Noticed that Oracle sends out email to learners when a Zoom VILT session gets updated or cancelled, but there are auto-updates to the existing calendar invites.
Learners are forced to manually delete the previous invites and this is causing a bas user experience.
Does anyone have experience on this and workaround/solution you've used.
