Can we able to remove the contract owner by default.

Summary:

We create a contract template to indicate the contract owner.

But when we create the contract from template, system will automatically add default contract owner for the person who create this contract. Is there a way to remove the default contract owner. In this case is Keith Yeung who create this contract. But we indicate the owner is Carmen Muller.
