Due Date order to show next due first on Redwood My Learning Experience
Summary:
Client previously had setting so when user logged onto My Learning Experience, showed courses based on Due Date, but was in order of what was due to expire first. So for example would show course due by 01/12/24 first, then next due 06/01/25 and then next due 15/02/25 and then 16/04/25 and so on.
This seems to have changed at some stage and is now showing courses still based on Due Date, but based on descending date order. So now shows Course due by 16/04/25, then next one is 15/02/25, then next one is 06/01/25 and finally 01/12/24.
This is causing issues in their business as users are required to see what is expiring first and complete these - showing in reverse order means courses may be missed.
