Config is unable to fetch the updated commerce line attribute

We are having one requirement that we need to send the transaction line attribute to config and then config will fetch the details this attribute and do manipulations and set one of the config attribute that commerce will fetch this value.

We have one custom action in the before formulas we are updating the transaction line attribute and the latest value is getting fetched in after formulas. In the after formulas we are having the rest API call for reconfigureaction and commerce Save action but the recommendation rule of config is not getting this updated value.

Please let us know if there is any fix for this issue
