Seniority Date for new hire not calculated

Hello everyone,
We are experiencing a issue related to the calculation of "Seniority Date" related to employees entered in the system.
Attached are screenshots of the "Seniority Date" section of a recently hired employee in which this field appears not to be filled in.
We have provided daily scheduling of the “Calculate Seniority Date”.
Could you provide us with information regarding such configuration and how come with the daily scheduled process this field is not valued.
