Roles and Privileges for Item "view only" and planning tab "editable"

Hello All,

Hope this post finds you well. We have a requirement in current project where we need to create a role for items where Manage items page will be "view only" whereas the planning tab should be "editable". Can anyone share what kind of privileges are required for such scenario?

We want the below highlighted part to be editable.
