load CSV files into fusion from JDE Orchestrat

Summary:

Currently my integration between JDE and fusion creates CSV files, store those files in OCI using a JDE orchestration and then OCI loads those files into fusion.

Can I simply make a call to fusion from JDE orchestrator without using OCI?
