Attempting to publish Sandbox with changes, but sandbox indicates no changes have been made

Summary:

I made an update to EL Expression in Certification Bonus Log section, published sandbox and then realized we need to make an update to the Expression (back out the Expression, and return to default setting). When I removed the expression via Page Composer edit, I attempted to publish the sandbox. The sandbox would not publish and gave a message that there were no changes to the page. Migration steps used to update EL Expression are attached.
