Can we move Absence hours to Regular Hours using OTL Fast Formula?

The Requirement is : In the Timecard entry, if there is an Absence Entry, those hours should move to Regular hours.

In the Timecard entry there is a Absence Entry, those hours I wanted to move to Regular hours. I have written a Fast Formula as
If there is an Absence exists then move those hours to Regular. But my Fast Formula is partially working. Instead of moving the Absence hours to Regular, it is showing me a blank timecard record with hours. Below is screenshot for better understanding.
Please advice on how to achieve the above requirement.
