Saved Query Time-Out in Enhanced Workbench

Summary:

We are utilizing saved queries in the enhanced workbenches, and there are a couple of them that often timeout in the enhanced workbench but when those same queries are run in a standard finder screen the results are returned without error (same screenset is used between both). Is this issue unique to us or have other clients reported this as well and if so has there been a bug defined?
