Duplicate Supplier check on external registration form (next gen)

Hi,

Is there any duplicate check on supplier external registration form (nexct gen) on Tax payer and Tax registration number.

In our enviornment, Supplier can submit as duplicate, approver can approve as well then it fails at the stage of supplier creation.

'Prevent Suppliers from Registering as a Duplicate' as per documentation states this is related to request a new supplier via self servivce registration
