Data Associated with Chosen Dynamic Member in Forms

Hi - I am looking for a way to load data in a form when choosing a member that was previously (dynamically) added to a parent. For context, users have the option to select specific members in Form A. Once users select these members and click save, these members are dynamically added to a parent member. In Form B, we leverage this parent member in the Page dimension to restrict the allowed drop-down values allowed to be chosen by the user. The issue is that when users select the member from this drop-down value, they are not able to see
