How to know the Source of Agreement Data by viewing the Agreement

Currently, i see different ways of creating a BPA/CPA.

  1. Direct option using "Create Agreement"
  2. Outcome of Negotiation
  3. Outcome of Procurement Contract

I am facing difficulty identifying what is the source (1/2/3) when i look at the agreement. Please advise how do i know by looking at the agreement if it is either option 1/2/3 mentioned above.
